I am a 3/4 day...

Jersey trip
I'm goin to Jersey again, and this time it's gonna be freezing cold...I'm talking single digit and below freezing weather(I'm not sure what the weather is exactly, but that's what the forecasts say and people that have been going have said that too). Here are a few key points to this trip...I'm gonna miss the football games on Sunday, which is a bummer cuz I really wanted to see them. I might be able to catch some of the first game at LAX and the second game at EWR...or hopefully they replay it or something later that night. It's gonna be crazy cold, so I don't foresee myself venturing out too much, so I wanna bring my PS2 and play FFX. I wonder if the Holiday Inn at Tototwa has RCA inputs.... Study or playstation...hmmm....hard decision...

No I in team
The strange thing about being in an environment where one works with so many people is that one gets a feel for the type of people they can and cannot(well, that might be the wrong word choice because you HAVE to work with people even if they're hard to work with), or have difficulty working with. The one guy I'm working with right now on this voice phrase thing for MB is really cool. I think we just think kindof the same and have the same approach to the situation, and therefore it is easy to work with each other. We treat each other like equals, although he is probably about 20-30 years my senior. Plus, we talk to each other all the time and we're really nice to each other, so we have that comeraderie connection. There are people I see around that I would kindof be hesitant to work with, just because I've seen how they are with they're working with other people, and it doesn't seem like it'd be very smooth. I can just imagine the difficulty with upper management interviewing new employees, because a big factor you are not quite sure about is if they have good team dynamics or not. Because even the smartest people in the world can make a team less efficient because of their lack of team-manship.

Gametime
Gonna get out of work early today, cuz me and the boys are goin to a Laker game baby!!! Only thing is that Shaq is doubtful, Kobe and Malone are both in the IL, so we'll most likely get to see only GP and Carmelo. Hopefully the bench steps it up tonight and gives us a spectacular show anyway. Woohooo!!! Saaawwwweeeeeet! Can't wait!

Today's anecdote
A Kindergarten teacher was observing her classroom of children while they were drawing.

She would occasionally walk around to see each child`s work.

As she got to one little girl who was working diligently, she asked
what the drawing was.

The girl replied, "I`m drawing God."
The teacher paused and said, "But no one knows what God looks like."

Without missing a beat, or looking up from her drawing, the girl
replied, "They will in a minute."

"Practicing and believing are two totally different things."
